Dave is a speaker, writer, leader, an entrepreneur, and co-founder of a family of companies called New Harbor Enterprises. The New Harbor family currently boasts two companies: New Harbor Design & Consulting, a marketing and design service company that specializes in getting results for its clients, and New Harbor Investments, a real estate investment and investment management company. He co-founded these enterprises with his son and business partner, Adam.
Having led several non-profit corporations to growth and vitality over the course of a quarter century, Dave is the go-to guy for organizational and leadership development. He meets regularly with young leaders for coaching and mentoring and advises multiple organizations on a regular basis. Additionally, he has done corporate training for international companies and is an in-demand speaker for a variety of events and settings.
Dave has been married to his college sweetheart, Kathy for 33 years. They live in Boise, Idaho and have one son, Adam, who lives in Yorba Linda, California with his wife, Kristen. A lifelong student of leadership and management, and now finance and economics, Dave holds a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees. A voracious reader and lover of classic rock, Dave enjoys hanging out with his wife, traveling, reading, visiting Hard Rock Cafes at home and abroad, and all things Harley-Davidson.
